FORWARD to Professorship Application to Participate in the Workshop Washington, DC, May 18-20, 2005 |
|---|
Due to the popularity of this workshop, we are asking that you apply to participate in the workshop. In cases where our registration limit is exceeded, final selection of participants is made on the basis of predetermined priorities. Priority will be given to applicants in the following categories: postdoctoral associates, doctoral graduates searching for positions, those in academic contract positions, those in industry who are interested in entering academia, graduate students close to completing their PhD, tenure-track assistant professors and those in higher positions. All participants are expected to be in a science, engineering, mathematics or technology (STEM) field. Occasionally non-STEM participants may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If space allows, all eligible applicants will be accepted.
The deadline for applications is March 1st, 2005 but please apply as early as possible as we have been overbooked each year. You will be notified of acceptance on or about April 1, 2005 if not before. If necessary, we will maintain a waiting list.
